After a slow start to the blog Drew an Myself have decided that it’s time to crank it up a few notches. Over the next couple of months we are going to be working hard to bring the The Tabletop Garage up to scratch and hopefully attract a larger audience with better content and an easier to navigate site.
Since starting this blog I haven’t put a huge amount of time into optimising this website or into the design of the page itself. So this is first on the list of things to do. I won’t get bogged down into the boring technical side of things, but just know that it’s coming.
More Content, More Images
Obviously the most important part of any blog is the content, so we are going to commit to producing more content of a higher quality. Images are a given and to help us we now have a light-box and some more cameras on the way to make capturing our hobby time even easier.
Newsletter and News
To go along with having more content we would also like to offer an email newsletter service which may be sent out once a month showing off some of our content. Making it easier to keep track of and to help us build an audience.
Social Media Image
Once we get our website and content sorted out, the next component we need is people like you to read our stuff! Being apart of social media should help us out a lot, so that’s going to be a big part of our plan.
YouTube and TableTop Simulator
The final point we will reveal is our planned expansion into a YouTube channel. This has been something that we have been interested in doing for a while. Our plan to to produce some quality Tabletop battle reports using TableTop Simulator. This will allow us to easily show more diverse battles on a larger scale while acting as a type of podcast as we play. Expansion into some physical battle reports and vlogs will also be on the horizon.
Hopefully you all will come along and watch our progress and even get involved.
